Print quality

The DWS XPRO Q / XPRO QHR is an SLA 3D printer that can print with a minimum layer height of 10 micron. This way, one can produce highly detailed models with exceptionally smooth and ornate exterior surfaces. Engineered with 4 Solid State BlueEdge light sources working at the same time, the machine is able to handle undercuts and cavities like a pro, ensuring greater design freedom alongside significant reduction of production times.

Materials

The DWS XPRO Q / XPRO QHR offers a variety of self-developed materials to choose from. From high-grade consumables for industrial applications to all the main materials of the jewelry range, the printer is compatible with multiple photosensitive resins, including elastomeric (FLEXA), castable (FUSIA), high-temperature (PRECISA and THERMA), rigid and semi-rigid (INVICTA) as well as transparent and translucent ones (VITRA and IRIX). Furthermore, it can work with ceramic-like materials (IRIX DIGITAL STONE) suitable for more creative projects.

Build volume

Printer controls and software

The DWS XPRO Q / XPRO QHR 3D printer can be controlled by tethering the machine to your computer via USB or Ethernet TCP/IP port. It is also equipped with an integrated touch screen monitor PC enabling smooth and convenient user experience.

In terms of slicing, the XPRO Q and XPRO QHR models are powered by two proprietary software solutions — NAUTA+ and Fictor. These easy-to-use programs perform parametric editing and machine controller functions. NAUTA+ automatically generates support structures where needed, while Fictor lets one configure printing parameters, ensuring the best production quality achievable.

Overall, both programs provide a comfortable and streamlined slicing and 3D printing experience. They run on Windows 8+.
