E3D Revo Six HotEnd

The E3D Revo Six HotEnd is a drop-in upgrade of the company’s classic V6 HotEnd. It is designed to provide the user with all the benefits of the E3D’s RapidChange Revo ecosystem, including improved reliability and printing efficiency. The Revo Six comes available in two versions — 12V and 24V. Also, the package differs in terms of nozzle quantity: one can choose a Single or Fully Loaded kit depending on the user’s needs (for more information check out the “What’s in the box” section). 

This easy-to-adapt device introduces complete compatibility with all available Revo nozzles and allows swapping them with no tools or hot tightening involved. In addition, each Revo nozzle is factory sealed, which makes for increased simplicity of use and lower risk of leaks.

Thanks to reliable construction and enhanced safety features, the E3D Revo Six HotEnd can be effectively applied in manifold professional and personal spheres.

Optimized heating

The included Revo HeaterCore provides much faster heating compared to a traditional aluminum heater block, which makes for significantly improved printing efficiency.

Flexible design

Being the new generation of the E3D’s V6 setup, the Revo Six is fully compatible with V6-fitted machines. It has the same height, diameter, and groove mount, so there is no need to redesign any print head mounts or accessories to update your printing system. Thus, the Revo Six represents a true drop-in replacement experience.

Thanks to integrated PTC behavior, the Revo Six HotEnd ensures timely power reduction to the Revo HeaterCore to provide reliable protection against hazards caused by thermal runaways.
