The Farsoon 403P is an industrial 3D printer series produced by the Chinese manufacturer Farsoon. Based on Plastic Laser Sintering technology, the device features a high-temp build chamber for the processing of PA6 material. It comes in multiple configurations, namely the HS403P, SS403P, and HT403P. The three models mainly differ in laser power, maximum internal temperature, and volume build rate. The HT403P is the most powerful of the series. It features a higher temperature capability (up to 220°C) and a larger build rate.
The entire series relies on an open platform system difficult to find in other laser sintering devices. This open nature gives you full access to machine parameters and powder choice for greater design flexibility and adaptability. The Farsoon 403P is a PLS, industrial 3D printer that can sinter layers with a thickness of 60 microns. It is powered by a CO2 laser and a high-precision 3-axis digital galvo system. The entire Farsoon 403P series is compatible with FS 3300PA, FS 3250MF, FS 3401GB, FS 3400CF, and FS 4100PA. Both the SS and HT403P support TPU powder ( FS 1092A-TPU, FS 1088A-TPU), while Ultrasint X043 and Ultrasint X028 are only compatible with the HT403P.

FS403P printers come with a build cylindrical size of 15.7 x 15.7 x 17.7 inches (400 x 400 x 450 mm). They are able to process medium-sized parts as well as batches of multiple items speeding up the production process while reducing the cost per part.
The HS403P features a volume build rate of up to 2.7 L/h. While the SS and HT models can reach up to 4.0 L/h.

You can operate the Farsoon 430P series using the integrated open-platform Farsoon MakeStarTM system control software. It runs on Windows 10 (64 bit). The user-friendly UI provides two interchangeable operating modes: expert and production mode. It features real-time modifications of either machine and building parameters, interactive 3D preview, and diagnostic functions. The integrated BuildStar and MakeStar software support STL file formats.
