Print quality

The Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro can print layers with heights ranging from 100 to 400 microns.

Thanks to the smart snap-on design, one can easily switch printing modes in just 3 seconds with nozzles available in multiple diameters (0.25 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm) to fit any creative project.

With the flow rate of up to 32mm³/s and maximum print speed of 600 mm/s, the Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro is 12x faster than competing products, which significantly cuts production times. Featuring acceleration of up to 20000 mm/s², the machine is capable of printing serious builds in only a few hours.

To provide the best possible accuracy of printed objects, the Adventurer 5M Pro comes with full auto leveling for additional convenience, precision, and a flawless first layer. To eliminate ghosting and ringing issues, the machine is engineered with the Flashforge self-developed vibration suppression algorithm that automatically compensates the vibrations during high-speed printing. The reliable Core XY structure and all-metal frame ensure stable and low-noise printing in high-speed mode.

Due to the flexible magnetic dual-sided PEI coating plate, it takes only 1 second to remove the printed models with a smooth and fine bottom.

Materials

Thanks to the extruder temperature of 280 °C and platform heated up to 110 °C making for strong first layer adhesion, the Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro can successfully print with a wide range of consumables, including PLA, PETG, TPU (recommended, 0.4 mm nozzle), ABS, ASA, PLA-CF, and PETG-CF (0.6 / 0.8 mm nozzle) ensuring great dimensional accuracy and surface quality. The model also fully supports special high-speed PLA / PETG filament designed for rapid melting and cooling. Equipped with a direct drive extruder and the upgraded fast-heating nozzle, the machine features improved printing with flexible materials.

The Adventurer 5M Pro is an open system compatible with third-party materials, which makes the choice of filaments literally unlimited.

Build volume

The Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro offers a decent build area of 8.7 x 8.7 x 8.7 inches (220 x 220 x 220 mm). It lets you produce small-to-medium models as a whole, without the need of splitting them. Larger objects can be printed in parts and then assembled.

Printer controls and software

The Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro features a 4.3" smart LCD touchscreen with an intuitive and well-organized UI providing fast and convenient access to all printer settings and parameters. The device boasts Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity as well as a USB slot to transfer printing tasks from the PC to the printer through a USB disk.

The machine comes with the proprietary FlashPrint slicing software featuring a powerful set of functions and renewed interface. It is capable of preparing a slicing file by just a few clicks, which makes for fast, efficient, and smooth operation. Apart from a convenient preview function and intelligent path planning algorithm, the program allows one to effectively switch between various printing modes and materials, manage multiple machines, adjust parameters in real time, auto repair damaged meshes, create personalized designs, use files from the memory list, and much more. In addition, FlashPrint 5 supports cloud control, which makes for convenient monitoring of your printing progress.
