The Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra is a professional dual extruder FDM 3D printer aimed at high-speed 24/7 continuous and reliable printing. With the maximum productivity of up to 2000 g/day, the device offers a large build volume, fully automated leveling, impressive print speed, robust construction, and open material system. After 10000 hours of continuous use, it can still maintain stable printing performance.

To provide a user-friendly and streamlined experience, the machine is equipped with multiple quality-of-life features, including a quick-release nozzle for quick tool-free maintenance, built-in filament detector, power loss recovery function and auto shutdown, advanced dual-fan cooling, easy-to-use magnetic build plate, HD camera for remote monitoring, HEPA 13 air filtration system, sealed filament drying chamber, silent design, and cloud platform. In terms of software, the Guider 3 Ultra model supports FlashPrint, Cura, and Slic3r.

Print quality

The Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra can print layers with heights ranging from 50 to 400 microns. This way you can produce high-quality detailed parts with smooth surface finish. To provide the best possible accuracy of the printed models, the Guider 3 Ultra comes with full auto leveling for additional convenience and precision.

Due to its dual extruder design, the Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra supports printing with easy-to-remove and soluble support materials and can effectively build complex models with overhangs, bridges, and hollow structures. The lighter extruder and beam design reduce the inertia when printing at high speed, providing enhanced structure stability.

To eliminate ghosting and ringing issues, the machine is engineered with the Flashforge self-developed vibration suppression algorithm that automatically compensates the vibrations during high-speed printing. In addition, the extruder pressure compensation mechanism realizes accurate control of the amount of filament that is extruded in advance, resulting in smooth printing and flawless first layer.

With the flow rate of up to 32mm³/s and maximum print speed of 500 mm/s, the Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra is significantly faster than competing products, which significantly cuts production times. Featuring acceleration of up to 20000 mm/s², the machine is capable of printing large-scale models in one day.

The powerful dual-fan air-blowing cooling system ensures quick and complete cooling of each layer in the high-speed mode, offering exceptional molding accuracy.

Built with high-strength dual Z-axis TBI ball screws and stable load-bearing platform, the Guider 3 Ultra guarantees precise positioning during the printing process, which allows it to produce accurate models of complex design.



Thanks to the extruder temperature of 350 °C and platform heated up to 120 °C making for strong first layer adhesion, the Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra can successfully print with a wide range of general and engineering filaments, including PLA, ABS, PC, TPE, PETG, ASA, PP, nylon, glass, and others ensuring high dimension accuracy and surface quality. Glass fiber reinforced and carbon fiber reinforced filaments should be used with high-strength nozzles.

The printer is an open system compatible with third-party materials, which makes the choice of filaments literally unlimited.


Build volume

The Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra 3D printer offers a capacious build area of 13 x 13 x 23.6 inches (330 x 330 x 600 mm) for the single extruder mode and 11.8 x 13 x 23.6 inches (300 x 330 x 600 mm) for the dual extruder. It lets you produce models or various sizes, including fairly large ones, without the need of splitting them and in batches, which makes for time-saving and increased productivity.


Printer controls and software

The Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra features a 7" smart LCD touchscreen with an intuitive and well-organized UI providing fast and convenient access to all printer settings and parameters. The device boasts Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity as well as a USB slot to transfer printing tasks from the PC to the printer through a U disk.

The machine comes with the proprietary FlashPrint slicing software featuring a powerful set of functions and user-friendly renewed interface. It is capable of preparing a slicing file by just a few clicks, which makes for fast, efficient, and smooth operation. Apart from a convenient preview function and intelligent path planning algorithm, the program allows one to effectively manage multiple machines, adjust printing parameters in real time, auto repair damaged meshes, create personalized designs, use files from the memory list, and much more.

Other compatible slicers are Slic3r and Cura.
