The FLUX Beam Air is a multi-layer fume extractor for laser cutters that boasts four advanced filters to ensure high efficiency. The device is positioned as universal, meaning it is compatible with not only Beamo, Beambox, and Beambox Pro but almost any laser cutter available on the market (though it may require a simple tube reducer or expander to connect the sizing difference). Simple-to-use and efficient, the Beam Air is a perfect solution for laser cutter users who want to dispose of harmful particles and unpleasant odors produced by their machines.
The FLUX Beam Air is available in two versions: basic and Pro offering enhanced performance, smarter features, and greater convenience (to choose the latter, click View add-ons & extras at the top of page). The Beam Air fume extractor is equipped with 4 different filters and a brushless motor to ensure a highest level of filtration. The first layer of defense is a thin Pre-Filter positioned on the top. Below is a Medium Efficiency Filter providing a buffer and further filtration of the particles that did get through the pre-filter. The final two sections are an H13 HEPA Filter and an Activated Charcoal Filter which eliminate the remaining molecules that managed to get through the two filters positioned above. This pattern makes the Beam Air a proficient system that filters out 99.97% of all particles generated by laser engraving.
The amount of air ventilation can be adjusted using a knob on the front side of the fume extractor.
The Beam Air can turn on and off automatically by being connected to a FLUX laser cutter via USB-B cable.
The device is compatible with any laser cutter that has a 10 cm air outlet interface.
