The Magic-HT-MAX is an industrial FDM high-temperature 3D printer produced by the Chinese manufacturer IEMAI 3D. Designed to print at a maximum temperature of 500°C, it can process high-performance engineering-grade materials always delivering professional results.

The Magic-HT-MAX is a dual extrusion large-format 3D printer. It comes with two removable print heads equipped with a powerful liquid-cooling extrusion system. The dual extrusion mechanism enables multi-material and multi-color printing. The extruders heat up to 500°C while the closed print chamber can reach up to 150°C keeping the printing temperature constant. This effective thermal design along with a 180°C heatable bed allow printing with PEEK, PEI and other high-performance materials. The printer features a consumable drying case that reaches up to 70°C and an integrated humidity-controlled waterproof cabinet, which preserves the ideal humidity level of the printing filament.

The Magic-HT-MAX is packed with a set of thoughtful features aimed at enhancing your 3D printing experience. It includes auto-bed leveling, end-of-the-filament detection, power-failure print recovery and vacuum absorption platform. An integrated camera alongside Wi-Fi connectivity lets you remotely monitor the printing process.

The IEMAI Magic-HT-MAX is an industrial device targeted to professionals. Read our complete review for more information.

Print quality

The Magic-HT-MAX is an industrial dual-extrusion 3D printer that can print layers at 50 microns with a XY positioning accuracy of 12.5 microns and a Z-axis positioning accuracy of 6.25 microns. This way you can produce heat-resistant parts with a smooth finish and detailed surfaces.

The maximum print speed is 150 mm/s.

The Magic-HT-MAX features two nozzles. It can be equipped with different nozzles from 0.2 to 0.8 mm in diameter. Depending on your project requirements, you can choose the size that best meets your needs.

The print head runs on linear guides with ball screw, which makes for steady movement and higher precision.

The IEMAI Magic-HT-MAX comes with a removable dual print head with high-temperature extruders. Reaching up to 500°C, it can print with both standard and engineering-grade filaments, such as PLA, ABS, HIPS, PA, PEEK, PEI, ULTEM, Carbon fiber, metal, and other materials.

The quick-release extruders and heated bed makes for easy replacement and maintenance. The effective liquid cooling system improves heat dissipation, making for higher accuracy and resolution.

The IEMAI Magic-HT-MAX high-temperature 3D printer comes with a heated build plate that heats up to 180°C and an insulated heated print chamber that can reach 150°C. The enclosure is powered by a double hot air temperature system. It keeps the printing temperature constant, reducing the risk of flaws due to temperature fluctuations.

The filament drying case keeps the material dry during printing. It is ideal for temperature and moisture sensitive consumables.

LIke other IEMAI 3D printers, the Magic-HT-MAX has an open material system, which makes it compatible with any type of 1.75mm filament.

Build volume

The IEMAI Magic-HT-MAX has a build volume of 19.7 x 19.7 x 27.5 inches (500 x 500 x 700 mm). Its large bed lets you print big parts in one go.

Printer controls

The printer can be controlled via the fitted display.

You can comfortably share your print files from a computer via USB cable, via an SD card or over Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi function and the onboard camera let you monitor the print status in real-time.

The printer software is compatible with Windows operating systems. The device works with the own-brand IEMAI 3D slicing software as well as with the most popular Cura and Simplify3D. It supports STL, G-Code, OBJ, and 3MF.
