The Infinite AquaSys 120 is a high-performance material for building support structures in FDM printing. It provides reliable printing of models with complex geometries featuring voids or overhanging elements, and is compatible with a great variety of materials, including engineering-grade thermoplastics, such as PETG, CPE, ABS, Nylon, PC, PC/ABS, TPU, PP, and carbon and glass fiber filled composites. The AquaSys 120 is 100% water-soluble, which allows for easy hands-off support removal without time waste and possible surface damage, as in case with breakaway support structures. You only need to submerge your model into 70-80 °C tap water and the AquaSys 120 supports will dissolve 6 times faster than PVA, considerably reducing post-processing time.
Optimal printing conditions for the AquaSys 120 suggest the build chamber temperature of 80–120 °C, the print bed temperature of up to 130 °C, and the extruder temperature of 220–245 °C. The filament boasts excellent adhesion to a variety of materials and build plate surfaces, such as glass, PC-ABS, or PEI.
The filament comes in a metalized resealable bag with a desiccant, and the manufacturer strongly advises storing the material completely sealed for moisture protection.
The Infinite AquaSys 120 water-soluble support filament is sold in 500 g spools. It comes in a metalized sealed bag with desiccant.
