The NXE 200 is a new version of the NXE 400 model. Similar to its predecessor, the 3D printer is equipped with a fully enclosed chamber that meets most manufacturer’s printing needs. The modular construction guarantees easy maintenance and upgrades to the machine’s components, which provides additional savings over time.

Print quality

The Nexa3D NXE 200 is an industrial-grade LSPc 3D printer that can print layers at 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) with a 76.5 µm pixel pitch. With it, you can produce millimeter-precise prints with perfectly smooth exterior surfaces, complex geometry, and detailed composition.

The patented LSPc technology is capable of evenly delivering a uniform distortion-free image to the whole build plate via a self-lubricated, flexible membrane. This provides outstanding part-to-part accuracy and uniformity as well as innovative print speed.

Materials

The Nexa3D NXE 200 is an open source printer, which means it can work with a wide range of functional and general purpose photopolymer materials designed to satisfy all your needs, from modeling to final part production.

The list of the company’s supported UV curable plastics includes: xGPP-Translucent, xGPP-Grey, xPRO410, 3843-ABS-Black, xCE-Black, ABS-Black, xCE-White, xPP405-Black, xPP405-Clear, xPEEK147, x45-Natural, x45-Clear, x45-Black, and xFLEX.

As you can see, the machine uses different material types, such as ABS, PP, PEEK, and FLEX, to produce parts with desirable properties depending on your purposes.

Build volume

The Nexa3D NXE 200 is equipped with a capacious build area of 10.8 x 6.1 x 7.8 inches (275 x 155 x 200 mm), which lets you print a single large model or simultaneously produce several smaller ones.

Printer controls

The NXE 200 3D printer is equipped with a color touchscreen featuring an intuitive interface. The connectivity options also include GigaBit Ethernet RJ-45 and Wi-Fi, making for an effortless standalone operation.

The machine is supplied with the proprietary NexaX 2.0 software ensuring simple build processing and convenient remote control. Apart from the handy model editing features, such as automatic orientation and nesting, support generation, and mesh repair wizard, the program empowers submission and queues functionality, statistical reports, etc.

The NexaX works with STL and 3MF file formats. It smoothly runs on Windows 10, 64bit.

Look and feel
