The NXE400 is a revolutionary industrial 3D printer produced by California-based Nexa3D. Powered by the Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing (LSPc) printing technology and a patented structured light matrix, the machine produces hard-to-break parts with excellent mechanical properties and a smooth surface finish alongside millimeter-precision. The printing time is 6 times reduced as compared to the printing speed of typical professional resin 3D printers. There is also an automated resin replenishment process, which delivers fresh resin to the print platform automatically when needed. It features wide material compatibility and there are around 10 multifunctional resins currently available. These materials range from general-purpose resins to ABS-like resins, each comes in a 5 kg jerrycan.
It is a perfect machine for professional applications. The printer can be used for rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, dental 3D printing, and more.

Take a look at these fully functional prototype parts with injection molding quality.
As you can see, the NXE400 can print high-quality models with a remarkably smooth surface finish.
The Nexa3D NXE400 is an industrial-grade LSPc (Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing) 3D printer that can print layers at 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) with just 76.5 µm pixel pitch. It quickly outputs print after print with millimeter-precision. This Albert Einstein’s bust was printed in only two and a half hours.
The Nexa3D NXE400 offers a variety of materials to choose from. It can print with a plethora of proprietary UV Curable Plastics including thermoplastics with ABS-like properties to ensure production of dimensionally accurate, hard-to-break parts with remarkable heat and corrosion resistance.
The Nexa3D NXE400 offers a pretty decent build volume of 280 x 165 x 400 mm (11 in x 6.5 in x 15.74 in) that lets your print just about anything, and even produce several medium-sized parts simultaneously.
The Nexa3D NXE400 can be controlled via GigaBit Ethernet RJ-45, a touchscreen, or WiFi interface for effortless standalone operation and accessibility. There is also a USB cable and flash drive connectivity.
The printer can be used with a proprietary NexaX v1 Software Suite. It works with .STL and .3MF file formats and runs on Windows 10, 64bit. The software supports automatic orientation and nesting, support generation, mesh repair wizard, and other invaluable model editing features. Besides, there is a remote printer manager that ensures easy build processing.
