Scan accuracy

The Polyga C210 is a structured-light 3D scanner that has two 2.0 megapixel cameras. The device is capable of scanning objects with an accuracy of up to 35 microns and a point-to-point distance of 0.07 mm.

Scan volume

The C210 features two scanning areas for rendering different-sized workpieces. Specifically, the field of view stands at 98 x 71 and 154 x 100 mm, with a working distance of 164 mm. The device can capture objects 5 to 30 cm sized.

Scanner controls

The device uses the proprietary FlexScan3D software and operates through a plugged computer. The program ensures fast data capture and features advanced post-processing capabilities. It also includes basic quality inspection measurement tools for deviation analysis.

The scanner supports the most common file formats: PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, FBX. For reverse engineering purposes, you can use the XTract3D add-in for SOLIDWORKS to extract measurement information from a part and design a parametric CAD model.
