Print quality

The QIDI Tech X-CF Pro is an FDM 3D printer that can print layers at 50 microns by means of dual gear extrusion, making for quality prints with smooth surface finishes and a good level of detail. A dual Z-axis and an upgraded XYZ structure with industrial slides allow QIDI Tech users to achieve high precision, fast printing.

The X-CF Pro comes with a 0.4 mm nozzle, providing the best balance between speed and detail. In addition, the printer is equipped with a filament detection sensor, so you don't have to worry about running out of consumables. In addition, the whole extruder system has been redesigned to be more suitable for printing carbon fiber materials with a mechanical motion structure and a filament dry box.

The PEI printing plate is designed to solve printing models warp and other issues as well as ensure good adhesion, while the automatic intelligent leveling mode using a Korean BLTouch laser module guarantees precise positioning, taking up to 20 points on the print bed.

Materials

The QIDI Tech X-CF Pro is engineered to reliably print with nylon and carbon fiber-reinforced filament, which is notable for high strength and low density, as well as resistance to corrosion, static electricity and high temperatures. To print a 3D model, you can use a USB flash drive, LAN, or Wi-Fi.

The printer is recommended to be used with the new upgraded software — QIDI Print slicer. It provides optimal and accurate parameters for carbon fiber and high-temperature nylon printing. QIDI printers are also compatible with other slicing solutions like Ultimaker's Cura and Simplify3D.
