AutoScan-SOLO and AutoScan-DUO are automatic 3D measurement systems. They use an LED optical tracking technology along with laser 3D scanning. The LED technology enables timely camera tracking location through scanner initiative lighting. Thus, it doesn’t require the use of markers. Both scanners are made of aviation-grade carbon material, which makes for great durability and stability.
Precise and fast, the AutoScan 3D scanners can independently and continuously perform 3D measurements. The AutoScan-SOLO comes bundled with a single tracking camera, while the AutoScan-DUO includes two different cameras for higher accuracy and wider measurement range. The AutoScan-SOLO lets you scan parts with an accuracy of up to 0.04mm. It can perform up to 480,000 measures/s. With the same scan speed, the AutoScan-DUO offers a system accuracy of 0.03mm.
The AutoScan-SOLO can scan within a range of 6m, while the AutoScan-DUO benefits from a wider range of 10m.
Both devices feature a stand-off distance of 300mm and a depth of field of 250mm.
The scanner software allows exporting STL, STP, IGS, PLY, XYZ, DAE, OBJ, and ASC 3D files.
