The TRILAB DeltiQ 2 is a professional FDM 3D printer based on delta kinematics. The machine from the TRILAB company features a large, open-frame build volume, high print speed, and a bunch of industrial-grade features for smooth and efficient operation. Since 2021, TRILAB professional delta 3D printers are a part of the Prusa Research company.
Apart from the awesome appearance, delta setup ensures fast printing and a very compact footprint, yet providing a sizable build volume. The machine is equipped with a bowden E3D Titan extruder and a lightweight swappable E3D V6 hotend with a 0.4 mm brass nozzle, which can be easily replaced if needed.
The 5-mm thick aluminum print bed heats up to 105 °C for more reliable results with temperature-sensitive filaments. Removable flexible magnetic PrintPads with different surfaces add to the ease of part removal and ensure the best first layer adhesion.
Other useful features include a filament run-out sensor, a built-in camera, and an emergency stop button.

Equipped with an optional FlexPrint 2 extruder, the DeltiQ 2 is capable of producing flawless models from TPU / TPE plastics.
The TRILAB DeltiQ 2 is compatible with a wide range of 1.75 mm filaments regardless of manufacturer. The maximum nozzle temperature of 300 °C allows printing not only with consumer filaments, but also with many engineering-grade materials, such as nylon or carbon and glass fiber composites.
Those printing a lot with flexible filaments such as TPU or TPE will appreciate all the benefits of the optional FlexPrint 2 remote direct drive extruder. It combines the capability of a direct extruder to manage flexible materials with the advantages of a lightweight print head with a remote extruder attached to the printer frame.
Like other delta printers, the TRILAB DeltiQ 2 has a cylindrical print area with a diameter of 250 mm and a height of 300 mm. This perfectly meets the needs of many engineering and design studios, research labs, and other business customers.
The TRILAB DeltiQ 2 features flexible and convenient control options. The DeltaControl wireless display (a smartphone with the DeltaControl app installed) can be placed on a hub with an integrated charger or used remotely.
There is also a convenient web interface to control the machine remotely from your PC or Mac. The built-in camera allows for continuous monitoring of the printing process.
The recommended software is PrusaSlicer with an advanced set of tools and pre-defined profiles for 250+ materials.
