The xArm 7 robot arm is the top-of-the-range solution from the UFACTORY xArm series. Featuring seven degrees of freedom, the xArm 7 robotic arm provides human-like flexibility and rapid motion. It can conduct complex operations such as robotics research and filming. UFACTORY offers different kinds of end effectors like a gripper and a suction cup to ensure the best user experience. The maximum speed of the xArm 7 is 1 m/s compared to 0.33 m/s in the xArm 5 Lite.

Unlike industrial robotic arms, which are heavy and cumbersome to move, the xArm 7 is lightweight and convenient. The entire lineup is crafted from carbon fiber and aluminum, reducing at least 50% of weight. Intuitive and quick setup allows the device to be applied to any process in a variety of conditions. The xArm 7 model includes an integrated collision detector that immediately stops it in case of bumping.

Applications

The UFACTORY xArm 7 features a programmable gripper. You can control its position, speed, and force to effectively perform a variety of tasks. It also includes suction cups with a payload capacity of 4 kg and a maximum vacuum degree of -90kpa. Using various add-ons, such as a force torque sensor and vacuum gripper, the device can be used for pick-and-place operations, packing, sorting, and more.
