This website is operated by Top 3D Shop (“Top 3D Shop”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including policies referenced here (e.g., our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the site. Changes to these Terms are posted on this page; changes are not retroactive for orders we already accepted.
We sell to consumers and businesses.
Where we ship: UK, EEA, USA, Canada. Other countries may be available case-by-case; contact us.
Currencies (by locale): EUR (DE, EE, ES, FI, FR, GR, IT, LT, LV, NL, PT, SI, SK), USD (US), BGN (BG), CZK (CZ), DKK (DK), HUF (HU), NOK (NO), PLN (PL), RON (RO), SEK (SE), CAD (CA), GBP (UK). If your card/account currency differs, your bank may apply FX conversion/fees.
Display: Prices shown on product pages exclude VAT/sales tax/GST/HST/QST/PST by default.
Calculation: Applicable VAT (EEA/UK) or sales tax (US) or Canadian taxes (GST/HST/QST/PST) are calculated and shown at checkout together with shipping.
Import VAT & brokerage: In most cases 3DS Inc. will handle import VAT/brokerage (DDP). To speed delivery, we may offer direct international shipping where you cover import VAT/duties (DAP). We’ll confirm the applicable method for your order at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Lead times are shown on product pages (indicative).
We may make partial shipments when not all items are in stock.
Backorders/pre-orders are accepted where indicated; dates are estimates.
We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., stock/pricing errors, suspected fraud). If we cancel after charging you, we’ll promptly refund the amount paid. You agree to provide and maintain accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Other methods: wire transfer, check, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Affirm (US only), Klarna (AT, AU, BE, CA, CZ, DK, FI, FR, DE, GB, IE, IT, LU, LV, LT, MT, MX, NL, NZ, NO, PL, PT, ES, SE, CH, US).
Card surcharges: not applied where prohibited by law (e.g., EEA/UK consumer cards).
Payments and BNPL are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices; they are separate parties.
Delivery: Provide accurate addresses and receive deliveries at reasonable times; missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.
Title & risk: Title and risk of loss both pass to you upon delivery to your shipping address (or to your carrier if you arrange collection).
Export compliance: You agree not to purchase or use products for sanctioned end-uses or destinations and to comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free. Colors/images vary by display. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction and may discontinue products at any time.
We mirror the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page (some brands offer extended options, e.g., Raise3D “RaiseShield”). For warranty support, contact us first at sales@top3dshop.com; we will help triage and coordinate with the manufacturer.

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” without warranties. Third-party links are not under our control; review their terms and policies before use.
If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, translate, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; you are responsible for your submissions.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Obligations incurred before termination survive termination.
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
