Besides, make sure that your FEP film is clean and there are no holes in it. Use a plastic scraper to remove the hardened resin since using a metal one can cause damage to the film surface. Replace the film regularly according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Each resin 3D print is shaped in an upside-down manner, so it requires support structures to hold it in place. While printing with thicker supports indeed increases the total amount of time required to complete the model, printing with weak supports, in the worst-case scenario, can cause your print to fall off the build plate and result in a complete waste of time and printing material. Make sure to increase the density and amount of support structures if you plan to print a large model.
