Structural features


Reliable AtMega 2560 is used as a control chip in the D-series printers. A high-capacity condenser block is used to ensure a smooth printing stop when power is off. When a power outage occurs, the control chip saves data about the current print position from the built-in flash ROM, withdraws the extruder and lowers the platform to avoid the inflow of hardened material.



A rigid, all-metal chassis and two cylindrical guides on the Z-axis ensure high stability of the device operation irrespective of the weight of the printed object. A screw shaft of the Z-axis with ball bearings in an elongated body and 6.5 mm neoprene reinforced belts with spring tensioners make it possible to print objects with very high precision. The metal feeding mechanism has a filament detection system to pause printing when the thread runs out.

The extruder is equipped with two fans for efficient cooling of the object during printing.

The printing platform is a classic multilayer bed made of a rigid supportive console, a heating element with even distribution of heat and a ceramic surface that provides good adhesion of the material.

Triple extruder

Additional nozzles of different diameters

The implementation of an advanced extruder expands the list of printable materials. An upgrade is available for printers of the DX / DX + series with 8.1 or 9.1 motherboard versions. After installing the equipment, it is necessary to change the printer’s firmware.
