The current range of BLT SLM printers includes two lines, A and S.

BLT-A series

The BLT-A series of SLM machines includes units focused on dentistry as well as tool and mold printing. The maximum assembly size of these machines is 250 x 250 x 300 mm. The A-line printers are equipped with one or two 200W or 500W lasers.

The BLT-A160 is recommended for dental laboratories and jewelry shops. In addition, this system is an optimal solution for institutions of higher and vocational education that train students in the field of additive technology.

The BLT-A160D modification is widely used in dentistry for the creation of frameworks for clasp and bridge prostheses, crowns, individual abutments, endoprostheses.

The BLT-A300 and A320 are designed for printing tools and molds. All machines in this line work with aluminum, titanium, copper and cobalt-chrome alloys, as well as with steel powders of various types.

BLT-S series

The BLT-S SLM series includes flagship machines for different areas of additive manufacturing, from electronic and automotive industries to aviation and space. The equipment of this line is ready to work with the latest materials and can be used in medical and research projects.

A universal SLM printer designed for a wide range of tasks, the basic model of the BLT-S400 series is equipped with two or three 500W lasers each. The build volume of this machine, 400 x 250 x 400 mm, allows not only creating large functional parts, but also utilizing the equipment in production, where small and medium batch manufacturing of metal products is required.
