Creality CR-20 is a redesigned version of CR-10 that offers a relatively small build volume of 220 x 220 x 250 mm. However, it features a robust, full-metal frame, 9-point auto-calibration system, detachable print bed for easy print removal, improved filament feeding system, automatic resume printing function, and an updated filament sensor with a sound notification. All in all, the above-mentioned functions will definitely come in handy.
The device has a maximum extruder and heated bed temperatures of 250/110 °C respectively, therefore making it compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, PC, TPU, and a whole lot of other materials.

«This is my first 3D printer and I bought it after spending about two months reading about them and watching videos on them. I did have to install a boot loader with the current version of Marlin v.1.1.9 to ensure I had thermal runaway protection. A process I enjoyed doing because I love learning how to work on electronics. I've also replaced the mainboard with Creality's v1.1.5 Silent board that makes the stepper motors completely silent (unlike the robotic symphony heard in the printing video I've included). I've added a few printed mods to my Ender 5 as well and am working on more modifications such as adding a BLTouch. I'm also using Cura slicing software, which I hope to upgrade to better software there too.
I've done several prints and almost all of them came out fine. Minor stringing here and there - I'm still learning how to alter settings of the prints - and I've had a few failed prints. All in all, this has been a fantastic printer and I've enjoyed modifying it and printing with it. I mostly print with PLA and recently with PETG (which is irritatingly stringy).
